NEXT FLIGHT OUT (NFO)
Next Flight Out service provides same day or next day on demand delivery of shipments to specified delivery points. This service allows your shipment to be handled and delivered as if your were actually buying a ticket and hand delivering it yourself.
PRIORITY
Priority service provides for overnight to next business day delivery. Please check with your Hawk sales representative or Hawk office for points included in this service.
STANDARD
Standard service provides delivery of your shipment no later than the second business day after pick-up. Standard service is provided to virtually all points within the Continental United States.
DOOR TO DOOR NFO OVER THE COUNTER SHIPMENTS
NFO (Next Flight Out) Same Day Service 1-70 lbs.The above service includes:
Special on demand pick-up and delivery. Constant in-transit shipment monitoring by Hawk Logistics. Priority same day service provides door to door service. The above services are provided 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Shipments moving in same day service must not weigh in excess of 70 pounds and may not have measurements exceeding 90 inches in length + width + height or have any single dimension be longer than 48 inches.
TRACEABILITY
Hawk can provide flight information, delivery information, verbally with our phone, fax, E-mail and Hawk Logistics True Trak capabilities within in one hour.
FLEXIBILITY
Staffing is currently available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
BILLING
All Hawk bills will be submitted within 7 days after date of shipment. Our Accounting Depimgment is familiar with 3rd pimgy billing programs. All beyond and accessorial charges will be included upon first billing. Dimensional measurement will be explained and noted on each bill with airline certification. Dimensional weight will apply to all service levels using factor 194.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Each station will provide a hard copy Proof of Delivery upon request and will include proof of delivery information in its management reports.
EDI
Hawk has the capability to interface our software upon request and instruction.
MANAGEMENT REPORTS
Our operational staff can provide management reports as required.
